The overall aim of this course is to provide participants with the proper understanding, methodologies, processes, and themes used to manage a project successfully according to PRINCE2 principles. The course also aims at preparing participants for the [b]PRINCE2 certification exams[/b], both foundation and practitioner levels, through experimenting different project scenarios and case studies.




Course Methodology


The course uses a mix of interactive techniques, such as brief presentations by the consultant and the participants, PRINCE2 exam sample questions and scenarios. The course also features the use of a number of group exercises and case studies followed by plenary discussions.

Apply PRINCE2 to successfully start and initiate a project

Define the project’s structure of accountability and responsibilities
